Are you intrigued by Alexander Technique but find it challenging to commit to ongoing private lessons due to time or financial constraints?

Imagine delving deep into the practice over a couple of intensive weekends, receiving multiple hours of instruction all at once. 

My GROUP CLASS format is designed to make learning cost-effective and time-efficient.

SPRING SERIES:  TAKE A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR HABITS

April 5-6 & May 3-4

  • Observe your body HABITS in multiple activities.
  • Examine how the parts of your body are interacting.
  • Experience your body’s reaction in different contexts.
  • Recognize the disparity between how your body looks and how it feels.
  • Cultivate a new level of body awareness.

SUMMER SERIES:  THE GREAT AND POWERFUL PAUSE

June 21-22 & July 26-27

  • Push PAUSE on your habits.
  • Practice pausing  intentionally, mid-day, mid-activity, mid-habit.
  • Learn which body parts are underworking, and how to activate them.
  • Discover which body parts are overworking and how to release them.
  • Enjoy the benefits of intentional relaxation.

FALL SERIES:  TRANSFORM YOUR WAY OF BEING

September 13-14 & October 10-11

  • Notice your unconscious choices that create interference or pain.
  • Practice PAUSING to make new, conscious CHOICES that create ease.
  • Find stability in the body by activating opposing forces.
  • Focus on how you’re doing something, not merely hurrying to get it done.
  • Experience relief from interference and pain.
