Performance Lab

A place to practice the art of relaxed concentration.

Come with a piece you've been working on.
Come with something you're afraid to perform.
Come with a question.
Come with curiosity.
Come exactly as you are.

We'll notice.
We'll pause.
We'll redirect.
We'll experiment.
And we'll practice a new way of being a performer.

It's a Place to Perform Without Being Judged

The Performance Lab is intentionally designed to be a safe, supportive performance practice environment.

You don't have to be "good enough." You don't have to overcome your nerves before you participate. In fact, the nerves are part of the experiment.

You can bring the shaky voice, the tight shoulders, the racing thoughts, the forgotten words, the unexpected mistake, the urge to control everything. And instead of judging yourself for having those experiences, we'll get curious about them.

Ready to change your performance experience?

The performance lab meets the 3rd and 4th Saturday of every month
Online from 1-2pm MST, Utah, USA
Cost is 29$/month

Performance Lab is for you if:

  • You can perform well in practice but struggle when people are watching.
  • You find yourself tightening, holding your breath, rushing, freezing, or disconnecting under pressure.
  • Your inner critic gets louder when you perform.
  • You tend to respond to pressure by trying harder.
  • You want to trust your training instead of micromanaging yourself.
  • You want practical experience using the tools from Inside Performance Pressure and Break the Loop.
  • You want a supportive place to experiment without being judged.
  • You want to rediscover the joy of performing.
